Terms and Conditions of Enrolment

  1. By accepting these terms the applicant agrees to pay the Course fees (including GST, where indicated) for the Course using the payment method selected during the registration process.
  2. The applicant accepts that they are required to pay the full amount of the Course fees even if they do not complete the Course.
  3. If the applicant is under 18, the parent/guardian is responsible for the payment of the Course Fees, unless the payment is made by the participant.
  4. In the event that the applicant does not complete the Course within the 12 month enrolment period, he/she may apply for an extension before the enrolment expiry date. Otherwise, the enrolment will be cancelled. Course extensions are charged at the rate of 50% of the total course fees at the time of the request for a course extension
  5. The duration of the Course is stated in the Course Description and/or advised at time of enrolment.
  6. Course commencement is the date upon which we send you your course login details.
  7. The participant has read the FAQs and made all inquiries (if required) about the course, fees, duration etc prior to the enrolment.


  1. Course Enrolment
    1. Course enrolment is complete when the participant has been issued a username and password for online course access.
    2. Course duration is effective from the date e-learning access is granted.


  1. Course Materials and Access to online portal
    1. Course Materials are supplied in an online environment upon payment of full course fees. There are no printed materials that can be provided and also there are no downloadable resources available.
    2. The content of the online Course Materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Auxines or relevant publisher of the course contents. You may not reproduce any part of the online Course Materials without the prior written consent of Auxines or the relevant publisher of the course contents.
    3. Course materials are provided online via our Learning Management System (LMS) 24/7. The eLearning site may occasionally be unavailable during scheduled maintenance. In the event that our e-learning system becomes unavailable for some period, free course extension for the interrupted period will be granted.
    4. Where applicable Enrolment will be provided in a unit at a time. Once a unit has been completed, enrolment in the next unit will be processed. This to ensure students do not feel overwhelmed when given access to all the units for a course. Please note, Auxines will not provide access to the next unit until the previous has been completed and the student has been assessed as competent by the assessors.


  1. Course Extension Policy
    1. If the participant wishes to continue with their course beyond the expiry date, application for a course extension must be made via our website or via email (as advised at the time of extension request) and received 7 days prior to expiry date. Once the allocated time for a given program/course has ended the student will no longer be provided with access to the course material, course assessment, and unlimited tutor support, unless course extension period is purchased.


  1. All discount coupons have the following conditions of use:
    1. Not redeemable for cash;
    2. Valid for one (1) use only;
    3. A cancellation/administration fee of 20% of the total course fees will be withheld;
    4. Coupon code must be quoted on the course registration form at the time of enrolment; and
    5. Coupons/vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons/credit vouchers.


  1. Refund Policy
    1. Should Auxines cancel a course for any reason, students enrolled at the time Auxines announces the cancellation will be entitled to a refund, and this will incur no administrative charges or penalties. A fee equivalent to the fees for the units completed will be withheld.
    2. A cooling off period of 14 days applies to all enrolments/ purchases. The cooling off period commences from the day a full payment has been made for the course. If an applicant wishes to withdraw from the course within cooling off period, they will be given a refund for the payment made less $25 administrative fees per cancellation. No refund will be provided after 14 days cooling off period.


  1.  Coupon Code Policy
    1. All credit discount coupons have the following conditions of use:
  • Not redeemable for cash or refund;
  • Valid for one (1) use only;
  • Coupon code must be quoted on the course registration form at the time of enrolment; and
  • Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.


  1. Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
    1. We will make reasonable efforts to keep any such information that we have about you secure and to ensure that any of our employees or agents who have access to information about you do not make any unauthorised use, modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information. We will only disclose information that we have about you:
    2. to the extent specifically required by law; or
    3. for the purposes of this agreement (including disclosing information in connection with any query or claim)
    4. information provided by you is considered confidential and will not be divulged to any third party, nor will it be sold.
    5. Upon enrolment into the course, we may use the content from your emails in our marketing materials and on our website testimonials page. Your identity will never be revealed, however, we will use your initials and your City. Please be assured that we respect your privacy and only comments related to course outcomes and student experiences will be mentioned.
    6. You may receive promotional emails from Auxines and its associated companies about the products and services available. You will be given an option to opt-out/ unsubscribe from such emails in each email received from Auxines or its associated companies.


  1. Auxines Code of Practice
    1. Auxines has responsibilities to you as a customer to provide you with a quality of service that will assist you as much as possible in attaining your course certificate. We undertake to abide by all our policies and procedures. Auxines agrees to:
  • provide an invoice and receipt of all payments made
  • provide login details to access the online Course Materials and mark assessments and provide feedback where applicable on submitted assessment tasks
  • provide 7-day tutor support (via emails only) throughout the enrolment. This support may not be available through a phone call, but only emails. We will respond to all emails within 48 hours of receiving our customer’s emails and
  • issue a Certificate upon satisfactory completion of the course (if applicable). We will provide clients with the results of their assessment within 7-14 days of assessment submission/completion.
  • Certificates (hard copy) will be issued within 14 days after the completion of students’ final assessment. International students: please allow up to 45 days for the delivery of your certificate.


  1. Student Responsibilities
    1. Participants in Auxines courses are required to:
      1. Ensure that all the information provided to Auxines is accurate;
      2. Notify Auxines of any contact changes (email, telephone, address etc.);
      3. Advise Auxines of any difficulties or problems they may experience with Auxines staff, procedures or training;
      4. Achieve satisfactory progress with their studies through participation and completion of assessments; and
      5. NOT submit or claim as their own, work derived from other source or work completed by another person.

By submitting a course registration form/ checking out/ making payment for the course fees the applicant agrees to the above Terms and Conditions of Enrolment. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change
